have two lengths of 2/0 welding cable, each 52 feet "still in sheath" (104 feet of 2/0 total). the 52 foot measures EXCLUDE the lenghts of the end lugs, stinger, and partial ground clamp, and also exclude the cable within those fittings. for clarity, I'm calling these the 'stinger' and 'ground' cables. if you need exact lengths, the ground is 623 and a half inches long, and the stinger lead is 626 inches.

looking to swap my used cables for your newer or new welding cable "in your favor". I prefer 2/0 gauge, just like this is, but I can probably also use 1/0, or maybe even 1. prefer black, but some in red would be OK too. this swap could work out real good if you need longer welding leads than you have, because I don't need to replace my 104 feet with the same length; the newer stuff can be quite a bit shorter. also an excellent deal for "scrap guys", who're just gonna end up sell the stuff for weight anyway. I prefer some sort of swap, but might sell 'please make offer'.

I can also use of a bunch of welding cable 'ends', both male and female. need at least two of each (but prefer more). two of the females "can" be panel-mount type. if it helps any, I have the correct "giant pair of dykes" made by klien for cutting welding cable, they're sharp and cut great, so we can use 'em to cut my cable OR yours... also, I have actual tons more gravy items I can add to sweeten the pot, in case you have 102 feet of brand new 2/0 cable and tons of welding cable end connectors sitting around...what about an extension cord for your welder? think about some giant 6-4 SO cord (six gauge four conductor). OK, what about a nice Miller Thunderbolt welder in excellent working condition? I'm it's original owner, have all the papers, etc. if you do, click 'next' above the welder pic about 36 more times to see the welder from all sides.

images of my welding cables are arranged here like this:

one overall shot of both cables, followed by a closeup of only the ground cable, then four more "even closer" shots of the ground cable, as viewed from the noon, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock positions.

then, shots of the stinger cable, following the same procedure as outlined in the paragraph above.

then, I "flipped over" both cables, to show their opposite sides ("flip sides"), and did the same exact deal, starting with the ground cable 'overall shot' then four shots of it 'walking around the clock' again.

finally, site ends with the "flipped" shots of the stinger cable. image names (top center above each image) should lend additional clarity to this rave...
