pair of 3500 lb rated drop axles, fayette-dayton. according to the guy I got these from, these were removed from a 1979 skamper 35 foot fifth-wheel camper. the drums have 'dayton fayette' on each of them in raised letters. as you can see, I have all the correct (original) lug bolts, half of which are the hard to find reverse (left-hand) threaded ones. both of these axles have (electric) brakes.

update: the eight left-hand threaded lug bolts have been sold. *however* if you have a missing or damaged LH-threaded fayette lug bolts "situation", I can sell you a complete right-hand threaded drum (with or without its lugbolts) with which you can REPLACE your existing situation. in other words, you can remove your present "unfindable lugbolts" drum and replace it with my -correct- matching original fayette drum (or drums). probably wouldn't hurt to keep in mind 99.9 percent of auto (truck, trailer, and camper) makers worldwide use -only- right-hand threaded lugbolts "on all four corners" of their vehicles.

in other words: everything pictured on this site (excluding the left-hand lugbolts) eg: the axles, wheels, springs, internal brake parts, etc) is all still available 'as a package' OR as individual parts "one by one" whatever you need.

this page has complete dimensional info for these fayette axles. if you need the lug bolt or brake drum lug pattern info, click on the following link, then see index page 3 of that site.

you might also want to see my 15 x 6 fayette-dayton camper wheels site, an old site I've left online mostly for the historical (and dimensional) information it contains.

please no more calls or e-mails asking where you can get left-hand lugbolts OR fayette wheels - I have no idea.

please see important info in the blurb box (below thumbnails) before proceeding - thanks

images on this site are *huge* (at 1024 x 768), meaning navigation will be *far* easier for windows (and most mac) users if you'll press your F-11 key now (and again when done here).

the price on these axles (or on component parts of them) is "please make offer". new (and used) trailer brake drums with more common bolt patterns (that'll "directly replace these" drums) with no alterations neccessary are readily available. in other words, you can reinstall the brake shoes, wheel bearings, etc. presently in these drums in your 'new' drums ...

bandwidth-constained folks might want to flip through the thumbnail indexes first. users with small monitors can quickly view the captions by using their 'home' and 'end' keys. my home and/or cell phone numbers provided on request. there's an e-mail link at the bottom of every page. any questions please ask. thanks.
